St Michael's have collaborated with Cornish Fish Expert Annie Sibert to put together this fantastic new break for 2009.
Annie is a Cornish Fish monger with a huge passion for Cornish fish. She runs a cookery school from her home outside of Falmouth and with over 20 years of experience, her main aim is to get people to eat more fish and to treat fish as an occasion.
Annie will host your trip with days out, by luxury mini-bus, to some magnificent Cornish producers and markets giving you the chance to see and experience first -hand the Cornish fish industry at work.
Not only will Annie guide you around the fantastic sites of Cornwall she will also demonstrate and teach you how to fillet and prepare up to 10 different varieties of fish, an experience which is priceless. You will also be shown how to cook the fish and best of all taste for yourselves the wonderful selection of fresh Cornish fish and seafood.
