Falmouth bay oysters shucked by the oyster fishermen

Pre dinner tasting table; a selection of fresh seafood and vegetable bites

Terrine of Falmouth bay scallops, crab and monkfish

Concasse of cucumber, red onion and blush tomatoes, baby herbs and cresses

Oven baked fillet of Cornish Hake
