Housekeeping Supervisor – Pay DOE
Full time to include some weekend work. Experience would be an advantage but is not essential. Duties to include: Supervising team in the absence of the Head Housekeeper, managing rotas, cleaning duties and key security and staff/guest safety.
Assistant Bars Manager - £15,000 - £17,000 per annum DOE
We are looking for a working Assistant Bars Manager, who has 4 star or above service experience. You must be professional with excellent customer service skills and cellar management. Wine, cocktail and barista experience is preferred. The Assistant Bars Manager will work closely with the Bars Manager and will be responsible for ordering, stock rotation and staff management in the absence of the Bars Manager. This is a great opportunity for progression within a forward thinking company, which has already achieved many awards and silver IIP accreditation.
Food & Beverage / Bar Assistants FT - Pay DOE
Full time to include weekend work. Must have previous experience and exceptional customer service skills. Knowledge of wines, coffee service, cocktails and table service would be an advantage. Duties to include: Service of wine, liquor and cocktails to customers, lounge service, wine table service, customer service, cash and stock handling and cleaning duties.
