Cream of leek & potato soup with crème fraîche
Chicken liver & wild mushroom pâté served with confit white onion & thyme
Roulade of locally smoked salmon served with lemon & dill marinated prawns
Whole baked field mushroom served with creamed goats cheese & roasted peppers
Mains
Cornish honey-basted roast turkey served with all the traditional trimmings pigs in blankets, chestnut & tarragon stuffing, cranberry compote & turkey jus
Roasted Home Farm beef served with Yorkshire pudding, horseradish & red wine sauce
The Flying Fish “Fruit de Mer” pie served with local white fish, prawns, mussels, mustard
& cheese sauce & creamy mashed potato
Butternut squash risotto served with sauté butternut squash & toasted pumpkin seeds

Traditional Christmas pudding served with warm brandy sauce
