Our Executive Head Chef - Nick Hodges - and his team delight in creating exciting cuisine which utilises the very best that Cornwall has to offer. We work closely with local producers, farmers and fishermen to buy food which is fresh, of the highest quality and low in food miles.
We always ensure that we offer a good selection of fresh Cornish fish and seafood, trying to ensure that the species we use are not from threatened or depleted fish stocks.
Our Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires show that guests are delighted with the quality and presentation of our food.
The Flying Fish Restaurant in Falmouth has won an AA Rosette every year since 2005 and is an Accredited Cornish Restaurant. Our restaurant was highly commended in the Cornwall Tourism Awards in 2009 winning Bronze and we were the Gold Winner of the “Cornish Distinctiveness” Award in 2007.
