Recipe of the Month - February

 

Milk Chocolate Truffles

 

150ml Cream
370g Milk Chocolate
70g Dark Choclate
70g Butter
8g Glucose
Cocoa Powder

 

Method

Step 1 - Boil the cream and butter together in a pan

Step 2 - Poor the cream mixture over the Milk Chocolate and dark Chocolate, add the glucose and stir until smooth

Step 3 - Pour the mixture into a tray and set in the fridge (approx 6 hours)

Step 4 - Place cocoa in a bowl

Step 5 - Once the mixture is set, scoop a teaspoon of chocolate mixture and form a ball with your hands and then roll in cocoa

Store in airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
