Our hotel bedrooms offer a contemporary coastal style. They have all been completely refurbished in the last three years.

All of our bedrooms are individual and no two are exactly the same. However, all of them have received the same care and attention to detail. Bright fresh bathrooms, all newly tiled with new sanitaryware. Televisions are all new with sizeable LCD flat screens ( from April 2008). All of our beds are new & individually pocket sprung with silk and lamb's wool filling- the same beds as the famous Gleneagles! Our bedroom furniture is stylish and elegant solid ash from sustainable forests. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, iron & ironing boards, hairdryer, telephone and Wi-Fi.

We offer a variety of room types including singles, twins, doubles, family suites and full suites - most of them with different aspects and views. Some have balconies or patios.

Premier Plus Suites:

The Atlantic Suite
is large, has stunning sea views, is south facing with its own separate lounge. The bathroom is particularly luxurious and includes a double bath which looks out to sea and a double shower! Perfect for a honeymoon or romantic break.

The Maritime Suite
This is our most spacious suite with large double bedroom, separate twin bedroom, and lounge - which could be used as a third sleeping area. This suite would be perfect for families - particularly where you need a separate room for older children. Or maybe you have three generations of your family staying together! The Maritime Suite has an inland view.

Premier Rooms & Suites:

Ocean View
This bedroom is large with sweeping views of Falmouth Bay and the luxury of a large decked balcony for al fresco breakfast and lunch, sunbathing and just drinking in the view and the sea air. This is a large double room with attractive en suite bathroom and is perfect for a full holiday or coastal retreat weekend.

Gyllyngvase Room
This is a large double bedroom with queensize bed amd views of Falmouth Bay. Attractive en suite bathroom and facilities ideal for your luxury break away.

Maenporth Room
This bedroom is large with a large decked balcony for al fresco breakfast and lunch, sunbathing and just drinking in the view and the sea air. This is a large double room with attractive en suite bathroom and is perfect for a full holiday or coastal retreat weekend.

The Bay Suite
This is a beautiful sunny, south facing suite with views of the beach and Falmouth Bay beyond. This suite has a separate sitting room, with large double bedroom and en suite bathroom; the sitting area is furnished with a sofa bed, so that it converts easily into a family suite. The Bay Suite is in our Captain's House - a separate building adjacent to the main body of the hotel.

Superior plus rooms:
All rooms are stylishly appointed and have a lovely sea view or roof terrace. They are a good size and six of them have spacious roof terraces. They also have a number of enhancements such as larger flat screen TV's, upgraded amenities, robes and slippers

Superior rooms & family suites:
Superior rooms are larger, stylish rooms with lovely outlooks either across the bay (part sea view) or out onto our beautiful sub tropical gardens. Three rooms have outside space (garden terrace or balcony).

We have two family suites which are good sized rooms with an additional small bedroom or bunk room for the children. Both are sold as inland facing; o has patio doors, however is not private, as it overlooks the hotel terrace.

Select rooms
These are generally a little larger than standard rooms and/or have a particularly attractive feature. Some of these rooms have garden views; four have their own garden terrace.

Standard rooms
These rooms are mostly facing inland. They are of a standard size, with full en suite facilities and contemporary styling.

Cabin rooms
Budget rooms! Enjoy all of the public facilities of our 4 star hotel, but only pay a budget price. Rooms offer the usual in room facilities, however are small and have windows for light rather than view.
