Leisure Tariff 2008-2009

Leisure Break prices below are based upon a minimum of 2 nights stay and are inclusive temporary membership to our Spa throughout your stay which includes large heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and well equipped fitness suite. Spa treatments are included in our Spa breaks programmes. All prices are per person and inclusive of full English breakfast, service and VAT.

Dinner inclusive terms are based upon a £23 allowance off our A La carte menu & a reserved table in our AA Rosette Flying Fish Restaurant. The allowance is sufficient to enjoy a three course meal with at least 3 choices for starter, main course and dessert. Our repeat guests confirm that this arrangement offers the greatest dining flexibility.

Deluxe Rooms:
All rooms are stylishly appointed and have a lovely sea view or part sea view. They are a good size and six of them have spacious balconies. They also have a number of enhancements such as larger flat screen TV's (from April 2008), upgraded amenities, robes and slippers etc
Superior rooms & Family Suites:
Superior rooms are larger, stylish rooms with lovely outlooks either across the bay (part sea view) or out onto our beautiful sub tropical gardens. Three rooms have a large garden terrace or balcony.
Select rooms:
These are generally a little larger than standard rooms and/or have a particularly attractive feature. Most of these rooms have garden views; four have their own garden terraces.
Standard rooms:
These rooms are mostly facing inland, some overlook the gardens. They are of a standard size, with full en suite facilities and contemporary styling.

Supplements & Discounts
15% discount for 5 nights arriving on a Sunday 15% discount for 7 nights or more 10% discount for 4 nights plus;
Early Booking Saver: 10% discount if booked & paid in full 12 weeks in advance - no amendments
Can be used in conjunction with the other offers above BUT limited availability & only applies to this tariff.		 10% Supplement for 1 night only stays. There may be a further supplement for Saturday only bookings.


Single Rooms & Double Rooms for Single Occupancy
We do not charge a single room supplement.

Double or twin rooms sold for single occupancy are charged at 1.5 times the standard per person tariff from October - May.

and 1.7 times the standard person tariff from June - September.

Xmas & New Year 2008/9 separate tariff and terms and conditions available on request.


Terms & Conditions
Deposit: To confirm your reservation we will require a deposit to the value of 20% of the reservation; balance payments being due 14 days prior to arrival.

Late cancellation supplement: We strongly recommend taking our Holiday Booking Indemnity Insurance.

This protects you from charges arising from the necessary cancellation or curtailment of your stay. The premium is just 5% of your total booking value.


Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 28 days or more prior to arrival allows deposit to be utilised against a future stay. Cancellation within 28 days of arrival forfeits deposit.

No refunds can be given for reservations cancelled with less than 14 days to commencement of the holiday.
