Valentine Warner will be hosting a special gourmet night at the hotel on the opening day of the Falmouth Oyster Festival 2010.

Valentine is a food writer and cook with a passion for nature, the seasons and the outdoors.  In September 2008 Valentine burst on to our TV screens with his hit series ‘What to Eat Now’.

Valentine will guide guests through his culinary adventures and love of oysters. It will be a unique opportunity to meet and talk food with one of the country’s up and coming food enthusiasts.
