Christmas and New Year Inclusive Breaks
Once again we have a full programme of festive breaks offering warm hospitality, great food, lots of Spa relaxation, some wonderful entertainment and plenty of sea air!
Our Head Chef has already prepared many of the menus for our meals, balls and banquets, based upon using the very best of fresh, Cornish seasonal produce. Entertainment includes live musicians, bands, discos, carol singing, and a Cornish brass band on Christmas Eve as well as more homespun entertainment such as quizzes, games and movies.
The Spa facilities will be open throughout for you to refresh, relax and unwind. Enjoy our large heated pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room but do book in advance for your spa treatments.
Opposite St Michael’s Hotel in Falmouth is the sandy beach which links in to 630 miles of coastal footpaths to enjoy! There’s plenty to do in Cornwall in the winter when it is picturesque and uncrowded …….. or you may prefer to just curl up and relax looking out across the ocean!

Christmas Eve 24th December
- Relaxing Cornish cream tea in the lounge
- Evening Reception with mulled wine in the bar and lounge with your hosts
- A local Cornish brass band will play traditional Christmas carols with song sheets for everyone to join in!
- Scrumptious Christmas Eve Dinner in the Flying Fish Restaurant, followed by freshly brewed coffee and mini mince pies served in the lounge
- Our superb guitar vocalist, Sam Mackenzie, will provide after dinner musical entertainment
- Midnight Mass details for our local Churches are available at Reception
Christmas Day 25th December
- Christmas Day Breakfast with Bucks Fizz to get you in the Christmas mood
- A visit from Father Christmas to wish Seasonal Greetings and give out special gifts from his sack!
- Christmas Day Luncheon
- Queen’s speech on our cinema screen
- Afternoon tea and Christmas cake
- The Big St Michael’s Family Christmas Quiz - Great prizes

Boxing Day – 26th December 2008
- Boxing Day Breakfast
- Aqua aerobics in the pool in the morning for those who want to work off yesterday’s Christmas pud ! ALL welcome
- Boxing Day Car Treasure Hunt – fun for all the family which takes you to some interesting and scenic locations! Results and prizes at the Ball in the evening
- Christmas pantomime at The Hall for Cornwall in Truro. Great for young and old alike! Reserve your tickets at a small supplement when you book your Christmas break.
- Canapés and nibbles in the bar before our Boxing Day Ball.
- Boxing Night Dinner and Entertainment - 4 course dinner and .70’s & 80’s music quiz, followed by request night and dancing with top DJ Kris Kool. The ideal night out afterstaying at home for Christmas!
