Cornish Fish Monger - Annie Sibert will teach you all you need to know about fish from buying, preparing (filleting, skinning, deboning) and cooking.

Annie Sibert is a Cornish Fishmonger with a huge passion for Cornish fish. She runs a fish cookery school from her home outside of Falmouth and with over 20 years of experience, her main aim is to get people to eat more fish and to treat fish as an occasion. With very simple techniques and easy to follow tips, you will have a complete new confidence with fish.
