Come and visit us during Cornwall’s most popular festival. Now in its 16th year the festival celebrates the start of the oyster dredging season and focuses on the mighty mollusc and its traditional methods of harvesting, using only sail and oar.

Throughout the four-day event, Events Square in the heart of Falmouth is transformed into a Cornish Cornucopia of stalls brimming with oysters, seafood, wine and other delicacies, celebrating the venerable mollusc whilst showcasing the variety and diversity of local produce.
