Day starts at approx 9.30am

Cornish Fish Monger - Annie Sibert will teach you all you need to know about fish from buying, preparing (filleting, skinning, deboning) and cooking.

Learn about and sample over 10 varieties of fish & seafood.

Annie Sibert is a Cornish Fishmonger with a huge passion for Cornish fish. With over 20 years of experience, her main aim is to get people to eat more fish and to treat fish as an occasion. With very simple techniques and easy to follow tips, you will have a complete new confidence with fish.
