with Portobello mushroom, roast tomato and homemade onion rings

Newlyn landed plaice fillets
with stir fried vegetables, coriander and sushi ginger and aromatic rice

Roast chicken breast and Wellington of the leg
with celeriac puree, fondant potato, spinach and truffle sauce

Pan fried sea bass fillet
with sauce vierge and new potatoes

Twice baked Lyburn and Cornish cheddar soufflé
