Sumptuous tastes, good Cornish fresh air, learn all about the abundance of wild food available to you in the hedgerows, coast and seashore around St Michael’s Hotel & Spa.
Rachel Lambert will be guiding you (as seen on This Morning ITV), and together you will be collecting ingredients as you wander. The spring bounty will then be passed on to the Hotel’s Head Chef who will incorporate your foraged ingredients into your evening meal.
Back at the Hotel you can relax until dinner is served, reflecting on your afternoon’s educational adventure. Once the sun goes down you’ll be enjoying the fruits of your labour in a 3 course meal - now that’s what I call a special Cornish experience!
