St Michael's Fitness Suite provides a comprehensive range of facilities which help you enhance every aspect of your fitness. The cardio area features Life Fitness & Cybex equipment, including their revolutionary Arc trainer – the total body cross trainer which has received numerous ‘best product’ awards. We also have an extensive selection of free weights and resistance machines.

Our large, heated swimming pool overlooks our sub-tropical gardens with views out to sea across Falmouth Bay. The large pool sundeck is the perfect sun trap all year round. Other facilities include a Finnish sauna, steam room, experience shower and a large Jacuzzi with sea views
