Contrasting hot basalt stones and cool marble stones are employed to deliver a unique therapy through a carefully delivered massage technique. The use of alternating temperature to the body invigorates the circulation, warms the large muscle groups that are often sore or tight and stimulates the sensory nerves of the skin. of volcanic Hot Stones which are placed under the back in order to
warm the large muscle groups. Pressure point massage is performed
on the face and neck finishing on areas of the feet to aid relaxation.

This all-encompassing treatment commences with full body skin
brushing and exfoliation to prepare the skin, leaving it feeling
soft and smooth. This is then followed by a deep body, face
and scalp massage using a blend of essential oils chosen

at St Michael’s uses specially selected products that have been
sourced in Cornwall to offer a totally nurturing experience. This
full body treatment includes skin brushing, full body exfoliation

therapeutic massage is performed to the body and concentrates
on the hands and feet which are then wrapped in warmed towels.

ESPA Hip & Thigh treatment 55mins £49.00 / 6 session course £245

Designed to stimulate the circulatory and lymphatic systems of the body
this treatment concentrates on those areas prone to cellulite, uneven
skin texture and fluid retention. This treatment includes skin brushing,
brisk exfoliation using detoxifying seaweed bath and mineral sea salts
and concentrated massage on the thigh area. Application of a warmed

Indian Head Massage 30mins £33.00
Performed whilst sitting up and leaning forward onto pillows.
It is a massage with a difference as it involves massage to the
arms, back, shoulders, neck, head and hair, using an Eastern blend
of aromatic oils such as Sandalwood and Ylang Ylang. The Indian
Head Massage is a powerful massage and is not recommended for
pregnant ladies or people undergoing serious medical treatment.

Whilst cocooned in the warmed honey and marine mud your skin

An ideal treatment for problematic skin, but also a great treat for this
much neglected and hard-to-reach area. The back is deep cleansed,
body brushed and exfoliated to help stimulate circulation and cell
renewal, then calmed and relaxed with a luxurious aromatherapy
massage.
A warm marine mud is applied to the back to help draw out any skin impurities and close the pores. A massage to the back of the calves completes this treatment.
