St Michael's Fitness Suite provides a comprehensive range of facilties which help you enhance every aspect of your fitness. The cardio area features Life Fitness & Cybex equipment, including their revolutionary Arc trainer – the total body cross trainer which has received numerous ‘best product’ awards. We also have an extensive selection of free weights and resistance machines.

We shall be with you every step of the way! All new members receive a free induction, your own personalised introduction to all the services, equipment and facilities available.

Keeping on track
Our team will help develop a personalised fitness programme for you with on going support through our exclusive member tracking system. We shall offer guidance, help you achieve your goals and keep you motivated.
