Our Spa days have been carefully designed for you to enjoy the complete Spa experience. Each Spa day is suitable for both men and women, combining a programme of specialist treatments with full use of all of our facilities.
All of our Spa day packages include
- Full use of the Spa facilities - indoor swimming pool, steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi, fitness Suite, relaxation room and garden area in which to relax.
- Changing rooms with hairdryers, showers and lockers.

This Spa Day is perfectly named to provide you with a day
of indulgence, starting with the ESPA Total Holistic Body Care to stimulate the circulation, smooth the skin and massage all
tensions away. The facial also includes the Regenerating Eye
Treatment to help reduce puffy skin around the eyes. Just when
you thought it couldn’t get any better, lean back, relax and enjoy the
luxury of the Gold Manicure & Gold Pedicure treatments too.
Sensory Heaven
Treatment time 2 hours 30mins £145.00 (Including an ESPA gift)
Includes an ESPA Regenerating Facial and Firming Eye Treatment for mature, stressed and tired complexions. This facial concentrates on reviving the skin’s natural moisture and pays particular attention to the delicate eye area helping to minimise fine lines and wrinkles. Continue to be pampered with an ESPA Hydrator Body Wrap, which includes skin brushing, skin smoothing and exfoliation. You are then enveloped in warmed plant extracts, marine mud and aromatic oils to hydrate the skin and allow the body to fully relax in a warmed cocoon. Organic Spa Ritual

The Organic Spa Ritual comprises of three stimulating treatments. The lively and invigorating Cornish Body Polish to encourage poor circulation and exfoliate dry skin. The Hot & Cold Stone Massage to provide warmth and comfort to tired and aching muscles. And the Cornish Organic Facial with scalp massage, a glorious sensation of aromas and facial massage techniques to leave your skin feeling soft and replenished.
Aroma Spa Retreat

Includes an ESPA Detoxifying Algae Wrap to balance and clear the system. Skin brushing, gentle exfoliation and an algae envelopment to boost the metabolism and speed the elimination of toxins. Then relax with an ESPA Detoxifying Aromatherapy Massage to soothe away tension in the muscles and rebalance the body.
Coastal Sensation

This popular Spa Day is designed to diminish the effects of a busy
lifestyle providing a refreshing, cleansing and thoroughly pampering
treatment. Starting with the ESPA Holistic Aromatherapy Back,
Face & Scalp Facial, an all embracing treatment leaving you feeling
invigorated. Followed by the gentle and calming effects of the
St Michael’s Hand OR Foot Treatment which leaves your hands
or feet feeling smooth and soft.
Spa Indulge

The Spa Indulge Day includes a Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage,
designed to ease away tension. Followed by an Express Facial which will deep cleanse, refine and hydrate the skin leaving it
radiant and well nourished. The experience is completed with your
choice of either a Gold Pedicure OR Gold Manicure.
NEW Cornish Reviver

Revive and refresh with our Cornish Reviver; start your day with
a Cornish Body Polish leaving your skin smooth and revitalised.
Then relax into the Cornish Organic Facial, designed to calm the

Finishing Touches

Lie back and unwind whilst your hands and feet are transformed with a Platinum Manicure & Platinum Pedicure. These treatments are designed to exfoliate the skin on hands and feet, shape & file the nails, and soften the cuticles. Heated booties and mitts are used to aid the absorption of the deeply hydrating creams. The treatment is supported with hand and foot massage and the nails painted with the nail colour of your choice.
Spa Escape
Treatment time 55mins £75.00
This relaxing Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage using a selected
aromatherapy blend of your choice is designed to ease away the tension
that builds up in the large muscle groups of the back. This treatment
is paired with an Express Facial using aromatherapy products,
providing deep cleanse routines and facial massage to help nourish and
relax the skin leaving you feeling remarkably fresh and stress free.

Good Morning at St Michael's

Rise and shine with a stimulating Cornish Body Polish, nothing works better to get the circulation going in the morning. Relax further with our Stress Minimiser Treatment and enjoy the warmth of the hot stones as you experience the pressure point massage on your face, neck and feet. Finish your relaxing morning with a Tea or Coffee & Toasted Teacake in the lounge.
Cornish Tea-Time
Treatment time 1hr 25mins £85.00 (available Mon-Thurs 2-4pm)
What could be more relaxing than indulging in this Cornish experience? Enjoy the nurturing effects of the Cornish Organic Facial and relax even further with the St Michael’s Holistic Hand OR Foot Treatment... one of Cornwall’s best experiences! Mini Pamper Day

The Mini Spa Pamper begins with an Express Facial, designed as a quick and effective pick me up treatment. The facial is accompanied with a File & Paint to your finger OR toenails, to make you feel fresh and bright. Finish with a Tea or Coffee & Toasted Teacake in the lounge.

Booking Conditions - if you need to postpone your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment otherwise we will have to charge full cost
