Your wedding reception will start with your arrival from the Ceremony, the welcoming of guests, drinks and perhaps canapes, together with photographs - in the garden is nice as long as the weather permits! The main reception meal may be followed or preceded by speeches and the toasts before the more informal evening party. Your Reception
Your guests are often formally welcomed to your Reception by a receiving line of the "Top Table" which you will have chosen. Usually, a table plan will have been agreed in advance and displayed. The style and set up of the room is totally your decision. It can be as formal or informal as you like. We have photographs available and details of past Weddings to assist in the planning of your Special Day.

We can also help and advise on flowers, table decorations, menus, entertainment etc. and suggest specialist suppliers where appropriate. We can provide a Toast Master for the proceedings to make the announcements and introductions as required.

Speeches and toasts may be made before or after the Wedding meal you have chosen.

Chef would be delighted to design a menu around you. Sample A La Carte menu.

It is customary to provide some wine for the meal and celebration drinks for the toast. After that, for some it is "open bar" all night; for others it is "pay as you go"!

Our Regatta Suite can comfortably seat 120 for your Reception or The Gallery is available for smaller receptions.
