Love Summer, Love Tennis

As a health club member, our new discount means you can save as you play tennis all summer long.

Gold+ members will now get tennis for free, Gold members can enjoy a 50% discount (£3.50 singles / £5 doubles), and all other members get 40% off (£4.20 singles / £6 doubles). These discounted rates will run until 1st October – just call us on 01326 312707 to book your court. Remember – you always get a free plus one to play tennis, so just pay for yourself.

Also, all Tennis members and Gold + members can enjoy free entry into our Wimbledon tournament that will be held on Sunday 12th July. Please book at the main reception desk.

SUMMER’S ON THE WAY

But the call of the sunshine and lazy beach days can easily lure you away from your classes and training, so your progress drops off as you relax your regime.

To make it easier, and to make the most of our Cornish weather, join us as we take classes outside into the sunshine. Or boost your efforts and get a fresh outlook with a personal training session – they’ll be taking it to the beach, gardens and tennis courts. And we always welcome you to use our sun terrace, pool and spa facilities for relaxation afterwards.

BOOTCAMP CHALLENGE

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR MEMBERS WHO HAVE SIGNED UP TO THE 6 WEEK BOOTCAMP TO PREPARE THEM FOR THE TUFF ENUFF CHALLENGE.

We’re proud that everyone has taken to it as they have, with even the most nervous members becoming the most motivated and excited about race day in late May. Keep it up – it’s going to be a good one, and every single one of you are going to succeed.

Training with tian

And finally, lots of you probably know Tian Peacock.

Tian is a long-standing and committed member of the Health Club. He has trained, relaxed and socialised here. Quite simply, his focus and determination have seen him become a world record holder in the discipline of Powerlifting and he’ll be competing at a global level this year.

If anyone would like to know more about his training and how this could benefit you, then please speak with a team member who can direct you to towards Tian or our Fitness Manager Harry. This will allow you to gain a greater insight on how you can encompass this training protocol into your personal program.
