Where to buy local Cornish Drinks

Food

You may have noticed that our bar is stocked to over flowing with local, Cornish drinks (and if you haven’t come down and try out our range!) But we thought you might like to know where you can get these local brews to take a piece of Cornwall home with you…

CONSTANTINE STORES, CONSTANTINE

Situated in the small village of Constantine, this shop is a local gem. The shop’s unassuming front is very misleading, but step through the small entrance and behold as a cavern of rare and delicious spirits rises up before you. As well as stocking most of the local Cornish drinks produce, Constantine stores is a treasure-trove of hard to find liqueurs.

THE BOTTLE BANK, FALMOUTH

Our local store, just a ten-minute walk from the hotel is full to the brim with Cornish drinks for you to take home. Remember keep an eye out, sometimes they do samples too!

WESTNORTH MANOR FARM, DULOE NR LISKARD

A very popular brand of drinks here in the hotel, Cornish Orchards has its own dedicated farm shop near the brewery. With such a great variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic Cornish drinks, there’s something to suit all taste buds.

THE CORNISH FOOD BOX COMPANY, TRURO

Along with sourcing the best of the county’s food suppliers, this shop tucked away behind the Lemon Quay Market, also has an impressive collection of locally brewed and produced drinks.  (They’re also online, so if Truro’s a bit of a hike check out their website).

POP INTO A BREWERY

Why not take a trip to the actual place your drinks are made? There are quite a few around the county, ranging from the tiny Blue Anchor in Helston to Healey’s Cyder Farm near Newquay.

We also love Skinners brewery in Truro; it’s the perfect size for a trip with an informative (but not too long) tour of the brewery and a very friendly pub with the freshest ale, as it’s in the brewery building itself. (You can always catch a ferry from Falmouth to Truro if you want to make a day of it!) If you're a fan of our exports, like Tribute from St Austell brewery, why not take a trip to the St Austell Brewery visitor centre and shop?

Come down to St Michaels to try out our cocktails and drinks menu!

We love St Michaels

The whole team were really great, on the day we visited there was a Garden Party for the Platinum Jubilee, we enjoyed some of the best beef brisket I've ever tasted , prepared lovingly by James and served with a smile by Josie.
