How to do a Box Push up with Trev
The first in our series of three different push up types; the box push up is a great one to start with as you're not pushing so much weight and can concentrate on getting the perfect technique.
Start with hands just outside shoulder width and level with wrists. Keep abs braced and hips slightly tucked under to keep back straight
Start to bend arms so elbows naturally go back at around 45 degrees, shoulders come down towards fingers
shoulders come down to elbow level
Push through the hands to return to the start position
