Due to the renovation and expansion of St Michaels Hotel & Spa, there will be some restrictions to accessibility. We recommend that you speak to our Reservations Team, so we can ensure that we can communicate any temporary changes and ensure that you have a wonderful experience.
Access to the hotel for guests with special access needs is adjacent to the blue badge parking area. This entrance offers level access through to all areas of the main hotel via a gently sloping walkway.
The double doors from the rear entrance are 1700mm wide and are fitted with electrohydraulic hold open door closers, as are the inner lobby doors, making entry and exit simple and effortless.
Please be advised that the hotel does not have a lift. When making your reservation please let our team know if you need assistance or would prefer a ground floor room. We will always do our best to accommodate.
Our ground floor accessible bedroom with a recently refurbished wet room has been reconfigured, providing additional space following guest feedback.
We would like our guests to have the confidence to visit our hotel. All of our front of house staff are trained in the use of this new equipment to ensure they are able to assist all guests with access requirements.
The external entrance to the spa and health club has additional lighting to improve access for visually impaired customers.
All allergy and dietary requirements are dealt with in the Flying Fish restaurant and all staff have access to comprehensive manuals and guides. Should you have any dietary requirements please let the team know when making your reservation or when you arrive.
Spa treatments can be arranged in bedrooms for our guests.
We have low level counters in both the main hotel reception and the spa reception.
There are dedicated accessible toilets in public areas.
