We have parking spaces for Blue Badge Holders located near the main entrance. If required, let us know during booking or before arrival to ensure a space is reserved for you.

Our hotel entrance and arrival lounge is accessible for wheelchairs. The double doors leading from the car park to the arrival lounge entrance make entry and exit simple and effortless for all guests staying at the resort.

There are dedicated accessible toilets on the ground floor of the hotel, situated near the main house bedrooms and the bar. Alternatively, there are toilets near the arrival lounge which can be accessed via the lift.

Lift access is available to all East Wing rooms and most of our Beach House rooms.

When making your reservation please inform a member of our team if you need assistance or would prefer a ground floor room, an East Wing room or Beach House room as we will always do our best to accommodate.

We would like our guests to have the confidence to visit our hotel. All our front of house staff are trained in the use of this new equipment to ensure they are able to assist all guests with access requirements.

Access to the health club pool and the accessible changing area is through the reception. There is currently no supportive access to the pool itself.

Access to the gym for those who are unable to use steps is through the outdoor fitness area. Our team at the health club reception are more than happy to provide you with information on where the outdoor entrance is situated or assistance if needed.

The spa can be entered from the garden entrance, however, as the spa is situated in an older building, access throughout is limited and we are unable to meet DDA/building control regulations.

Due to it being an older building, there are steps to access the hydrothermal facilities in the spa, therefore, it is not suitable to access for wheelchair-bound guests. However, there are handrails throughout the indoor hydrothermal facilities to help those wanting to gain access but need extra support.

All of our treatment rooms are wheelchair accessible thus making our full treatment range available to all guests. However, our staff are not insured to support you on to treatment tables, carers are more than welcome to accompany you for any additional support you may require.

Brasserie on the Bay, The Garden Kitchen and the Bar & Lounge are accessed via a flat corridor from the arrival lounge and are therefore easily accessible without steps or gradients.

Should you have any dietary requirements please let the reservation team know at time of booking or when you arrive to ensure we are able to cater to your needs.
