St Michaels team of qualified Personal Trainers bring expert knowledge and training skills for a wide variety of requirements. Our loyal trainers focus on your long term goals to help you achieve, stay motivated and live a healthier way of life.
Train with a friend, in a group or one on one, our variety of packages allows you to work towards your goals. Personal Training is available for members and non-members. You can even challenge yourself to a Bootcamp or swap your normal gym session for the pool with our Specialist Swimming Training.
Have your workouts tailored specifically to you and your goals with just you and your personal trainer.
Members: £35 for a single session or £315 for 10 sessions.
Non members: £40 for a single session or £360 for 10 sessions.
Lacking motivation? Mix it up and workout with a friend or a group.
Personal Train with a Friend (2 people): £20 per person per session, or a block of 10 sessions for £350 (£175 per person)
Personal Train in a Group (up to 6 people): £10 per person per session

Dip your toes into fitness with our swimming personal training for just £25 per session. We also offer open water swimming courses for just £10 per session for 3 hours.
