St Michaels team of qualified Personal Trainers bring expert knowledge and training skills for a wide variety of requirements. Our loyal trainers focus on your long term goals to help you achieve, stay motivated and live a healthier way of life. Train with a friend, in a group or one on one, our variety of packages allows you to work towards your goals. Personal training is available for members and non-members. You can even challenge yourself to a Bootcamp or swap you normal gym session for the pool with our Specialist Swimming Training.

One On One PERSONAL TRAINING

Have your workouts tailored specifically to you and your goals with one on one sessions with your personal trainer

Members: £35 for a single session, £320 or a block of 10 sessions, £600 for a block of 20 sessions
Non Members: £40 for a single session, £370 or a block of 10 sessions, £700 for a block of 20 sessions

Social PERSONAL training

Make fitness a social occasion and workout with a friend or group

Personal Train with a Friend (2 people): £20 per person per session, or book a block of 10 sessions for £350 (£175 per person)
Personal Train in a Group (up to 6 people): £10 per person per session

HOW OUR PERSONAL TRAINERS WILL HELP YOU

  • Define your fitness goals
  • Assess your current fitness level and discuss what you want to achieve through your workouts
  • Give you nutrition advice and meal planning
  • Break down your end goal into smaller goals that are specific and realistic so you can assess your progress
  • Create a specific workout plan just for you based on what you want to achieve
  • Teach you the proper way to perform each exercise in your routine. He/she will demonstrate the movement and watch you perform it to correct any issues with your posture or technique
  • Motivate you, regular sessions with your personal trainer will enhance your motivation to continue with a workout regime
  • Improve your commitment, a common problem is lack of commitment to a regular exercise program. When you exercise alone, it is easier to skip a session or even fall off the wagon completely. Your trainer will make you accountable, so it will be more likely that you’ll stick at it
  • Teach you a variety of exercise methods, which stop you getting bored
  • Make adjustments as your fitness level improves to keep you progressing
  • Make the most of your workout time and increase the efficiency of your exercise – this is especially beneficial when you have a limited amount of time to exercise
