Just steps away from us, this is naturally our favourite beach. Golden sand, calm blue water and plenty of rockpools to dig around in.
Just ten minutes walk along the coast path from us, enjoy this sheltered spot for an evening on the beach followed by cocktails at Hooked On The Rock.
This one is a bit of cheat in case you fancy an easy option. Snuggled above Porthcurnick beach near Portscatho is the Hidden Hut, a small beach cafe that has taken things to the next level. Discover their pop-up Feast Nights (but be warned you will need to book in advance) for a unique experience. Think long communal tables, fairy lights, candles, sunset and more amazing food than you can manage. Perfect.
Take a little drive down the coast to the mile long golden beach of Praa. Wander down to the far end and you’ll feel a world away.
