Summer Tipple: The Kernow Sour

Recipes

Why the Kernow Sour is a winner

Josie, a member of our bar crew, said: “Bubbly and breezy with a slight dry tang, this is a lip-smackingly good combo of Cornish ingredients. Tarquin’s Gin is created in tiny batches and is Cornwall’s first gin for over a century. On its own it brings fragrances of violets and fresh orange zest, but when combined with the robustness and crispness of Knightor’s sparkling wine from the vineyards of the Roseland, it packs a gigantic punch.”
