Dynamic and challenging workouts. Keeping you on track. Motivated. Whether you book a regular session or start as you mean to go on with a wellness evaluation and bespoke training guide, the key to getting the results you want is to train correctly and we’re on hand to help.

How OUR personal trainerS will help you

Define your fitness goals
Assess your current fitness level and discuss what you want to achieve through your workouts
Give you nutrition advice and meal planning
Break down your end goal into smaller goals that are specific and realistic so you can assess your progress
Create a specific workout plan just for you based on what you want to achieve
Teach you the proper way to perform each exercise in your routine. He/she will demonstrate the movement and watch you perform it to correct any issues with your posture or technique
Motivate you – regular sessions with your personal trainer will enhance your motivation to continue with a workout regime
Improve your commitment – a common problem is lack of commitment to a regular exercise program. When you exercise alone, it is easier to skip a session or even fall off the wagon completely. Your trainer will make you accountable, so it will be more likely that you’ll stick at it
Teach you a variety of exercise methods, which stop you getting bored
Make adjustments as your fitness level improves to keep you progressing
Make the most of your workout time and increase the efficiency of your exercise – this is especially beneficial when you have a limited amount of time to exercise

Choose your sessions

1 session £35 per hour
5 sessions £30 per hour / sold as a block of 5 £150
10 sessions £25 per hour / sold as a block of 10 £250

All block sessions come with extensive fitness testing prior to the course of personal training, plus stat recording before and at the end.
Enjoy as many sessions as you like each week, but we suggest between 1 and 3.
